Additionally, I offer significant support in helping you get your medical/legal paperwork finalized and official to reflect your fully informed decisions, and facilitate conversations with your family and loved ones to make sure everyone is on the same page.

I also offer in-the-moment support during a medical crisis (going to the ER or being admitted to the hospital) to help make sure that what you have decided is most important is carried out within the medical system and help advocate for you with your medical team.
