Same Full Life.
Less Mental Weight.
Reduce the mental load that keeps your brain “on” — so your energy is steadier and your days feel lighter and more manageable.
A 6-week small group designed specifically for Physician-Moms who want a quieter mind and real relief — without dropping the ball.
$397 - Begins 2/17 - Women Physicians Only
If This Feels Like You…
You wake up and your brain immediately starts running through everything you need to do
You’re the go-to parent — the one everyone relies on when something comes up
Your mind keeps going long after your body is exhausted
You’re constantly tracking what needs to be bought, booked, scheduled, returned, and remembered
You’re always anticipating what will be needed next — food, supplies, logistics, timing
You feel like if you don’t take care of something, it won’t get done
You feel guilty when you’re with patients — and guilty when you’re with your kids
You’re capable, dependable, and caring — and what you carry each day feels heavy
You struggle to truly relax, even when you finally have a few minutes
You want help, but worry it’s faster or safer to just do it yourself
If you nodded along, you’re not failing.
You’re overloaded.
Who This is NOT For…
This program may not be the right fit for you if…
You’re looking for a quick fix, hack, or productivity system to help you cram more into an already full life
You want external change without being willing to examine how you currently carry responsibility
You believe the solution is simply to become more efficient rather than to carry less
You’re not open to trying new internal or relational strategies, even in small, low-risk ways
You’re unwilling to experiment with doing things differently if it means giving up some control
You’re not ready to question the belief that if you don’t do it, it won’t get done
You’re hoping others will change without you needing to change anything yourself
You’re looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do rather than helping you build discernment and agency
You want relief without reflection, discomfort, or honest self-inquiry
You’re not interested in creating a more sustainable way of living that prioritizes your nervous system and well-being
This work is effective, but it isn’t passive. It requires curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to try something different — even when your old ways have kept everything running.
The Real Problem
You are the default get-it-done person — at work and at home.
You notice, anticipate, plan, manage, and remember constantly.
Your brain rarely shuts off.
You do a million things each day and still feel behind.
You worked hard to become a physician and a parent. And now that you’re here, something feels off — even though you’re doing everything “right.”
That something has a name.
It’s mental load.
And it’s not a motivation issue, a discipline problem, or something you need to push through.
It’s what happens when one person carries too much responsibility internally — for too long.
What Changes (Without You Caring Less or Quitting Your Job or Family)
This work does not ask you to do less, care less, or lower your standards.
Your life stays full.
What changes is how much you carry inside it.
Before
A brain that never fully shuts off
Constant urgency
Push → crash → repeat
Decision fatigue every day
Carrying everything alone
Rest that doesn’t actually restore you
Little left for your family at the end of the day
Irritability, resentment, guilt
Numbing out because you’re exhausted
Dreading doing it all again tomorrow
After
A quieter, steadier mind
More stable energy throughout the day
Fewer open loops running in your head
Feeling supported instead of alone
You stop being the default holder of everything
Less decision fatigue — more presence
Time and energy for rest or hobbies without guilt
Confidence that what matters is handled
A sustainable, humane way to function at work and at home
More room for joy, creativity, rest, and connection
Same Full Life. Less Mental Weight.
The Promise
What Doesn’t Change:
Your life stays full. You still carry meaningful responsibility — as a physician, parent, partner, and friend. This is not about checking out, caring less, or lowering your standards.
What Does Change:
The amount you carry internally decreases — significantly.
You’re still busy, but no longer depleted.
You show up for your patients and your family with presence and clarity — without the constant guilt, resentment, or mental exhaustion running in the background.
This happens through:
Inner work: unlearning over-responsibility and redefining what is — and is not — yours to carry
Outer shifts: practical changes that allow you to focus on what only you can and should do
The result isn’t just less burnout.
It’s more life.
More energy. More space. More room to be human.

Why Small Group & Why Limited to Physician Moms
This work is deeply personal for me.
I’m a physician and a mother — and I’ve spent more than a decade doing this work in my own life, inside the real pressures of medicine and parenting.
I’ve studied, refined, and pressure-tested what actually makes the mental load lighter — and I’ve worked one-to-one with dozens of women physicians to help them feel more grounded, present, and at ease.
This is the first time I’m bringing this work into a small group, intentionally.
Physician moms carry a uniquely heavy responsibility — holding people’s lives at work and their children’s lives at home — with exceptionally high standards in both places.
My background in palliative and hospice medicine has shaped this work profoundly. These years are not meant to be endured on autopilot.
It is possible to feel lighter while doing both.
It is possible to be present without guilt.
And it is possible to live these years with fulfillment — not just survival.
If you’re thinking, I want this — but I don’t know where the time would come from, you’re not alone.
This program is designed for women whose calendars are already full.
The videos are short. The calls are supportive but not mandatory. There’s no homework to fall behind on — only small, practical shifts applied directly to your real life.
Momentum comes from gentle structure, accountability, and a framework that adapts to your situation.
And if a small group feels vulnerable: you are never required to share more than you’re comfortable with. Many women find that simply being in a space where they don’t have to explain themselves is where relief begins.
Why Now (Even Though You’re Already So Busy)
You Now Know What This Program Is and How It Fits Into Real Life.
The Remaining Question Is Whether This Level of Support — and the Relief It Creates — Is Worth Investing In Right Now.

For context, similar 6–8 week group programs for women physicians often range from $8,000–$10,000.
This program is intentionally priced differently.
This is the lowest investment I will ever offer for this work — not because it’s less valuable, but because this is the first time I’m running it live in this small-group format.
This founding cohort is about doing this work together, in real life — creating meaningful shifts and wins while you’re living full, demanding lives.
You’re not just investing in six weeks of support.
You’re investing in a framework you can return to again and again — one that grows with you as your seasons change.
Future cohorts will be priced differently.
You Don’t Have to Keep Carrying Everything Alone
You’re not failing.
You’re overloaded.
And you’re allowed to want more than just getting through your days.
When you carry less mental weight, everything else shifts.
Your energy steadies.
Your presence deepens.
Your patience stretches further — at work and at home.
You stop running on fumes and start feeling like yourself again.
You reclaim some of your spark.
You feel more fulfilled — personally and professionally — because you’re no longer carrying everything alone.
If you’re ready for real relief — the kind you feel in your body, your evenings, and your relationships — this space is for you.
Real Results From My Clients
This is the kind of relief I see and get to celebrate again and again.
“For the first time in years, my brain actually shuts off at night. That alone has changed how my days feel.”
“I didn’t realize how much mental energy I was using until I wasn’t using it anymore. The space and lightness that opened up was surprising — and incredibly relieving.”
“I stopped being the default for everything, and nothing fell apart. I’m still a responsible physician and parent — I’m just no longer exhausted all the time.”
